- General - This is a good property located in the city centre, ideal for visiting Palermo.
- Lobby - Is large in size and furnished with dark leather sofas and the walls are cream coloured.
- Location - Very centrally located, walking distance to the famous "Massimo Theatre" and the "Politeama Garibaldi". Regualar pubblic transports are available.
- Restaurant -
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size and in good conditions. All all decorated in a traditional style. The rooms have full facilities such as TV, direct dial telephone, safety boxes and minibars. The bathroom are medium in size and in good condtions. The majority are equipped with bathtube.
