- Exterior - A traditional building in keeping with the surrounding area.
- General - This is a highly recommended property, one of the first modern individually designed hotels in Sicily. (01/04/03 LP)
- Lobby - The lobby, medium in size, is very tastefully decorated and enriched with several paintings of popular contemporary artists such as Amorelli, Morandi and Tosini. The lounge is also used to host contemporary arts exhibitions. Several comfortable sofas are situated just in front of the reception desk.
- Location - The hotel is located in the historical centre of Palermo, only a short walk away form all of Palermos' main attractions.
- Restaurant - The restaurant on the ground floor is designed in keeping with the contemporary style of the hotel, offering both international and modern Sicilian cuisine.
- Rooms - The rooms, in excellent condition, are medium in size. All have been designed in a modern and contemporary style, with great attention to detail, and enriched with highly impacting new architectural choices and precious contemporary artist works. The barhrooms are medium in size and in excellent condition.
