- Exterior - The hotel is an impressive building with large Roman columns and ornate balconies over the large entrance which is flanked by palm trees. .
- General - An excellent hotel in an ideal location. Part of Turin Hotels Chain.Dec 2001.
- Lobby - High wooden ceilings, marble floors and walls joined by flowing silver curtains. Also boasting antique furniture and hanging chandeliers which add to the overall feeling of elegance . .
- Location - Situated in the very heart of Palermo close to all the shops and restaurants and tourist attractions. .
- Restaurant - Two ground floor restaurants both serving breakfast and dinner. Both are traditional in decor.
- Rooms - - all are in very good condition with the bathrooms in good condition. Majority of the rooms are medium in size whilst roughly 20% are large in size. In keeping with the rest of the hotel, decor is tradtional with built in mirrored wardrobes, deep blue carpets, high ceilings and Polished wood furniture. .
