- Exterior - A traditional building typical of late 19th century architecture. .
- General - This is an excellent hotel, which has a Grandiose, antique feel throughout and is situated in an excellent location. Dec 2001
- Lobby - Medium in size with two adjoining lounge areas. Lounge has a Polished marble floor with traditional pale green decor. .
- Location - Situated in the heart of Palermo, on a main shopping road, near to both the port and the attractions of the City centre. .
- Restaurant - Hotel has two restaurants both of which are situated on the ground floor. Restaurant serves high quality Italian dishes. .
- Rooms - Half the rooms are medium in size whilst the other half are large. All are in very good condition as are the bathrooms. Decor is traditional with Polished antique wood furniture, marble floors and high walls. .
