- Exterior - It is a modern white block, very large on two floors only. Mostly rooms faces to the sea and have a little balcony, other rooms overlooks the park and the pool but can see also the sea.The pool is big and overlooks the sea. Hotel is surrounded by parivate gardens and has a private parking.
- General - Hotel is part of Framon chain.september 2001.
- Lobby - After the reception area, there is a very big lobby in the centre on the building; that area is connected to the restaurant and the american bar. It is very well furnitured and there is a natuaral light given by the glass ceiling.
- Location - The Hotel is located in the sea area of Agrigento, in front of the turist Port. It is only 5 minutes far from the Templi valley by car ofcourse.
- Restaurant - Connected to the big lobby can be also divided for banqueting requests. It offers the best of the typical regional cuisine.
- Rooms - Are all modern and medium sized with all the facilities of a first category hotel.
