- General - This complex offers congress area and many sport facilities, such as 18 holes Golf Course, swimming pool, two tennis court and nautical sport equipment infact the beach is connected by private shuttle bus. Electrical shuttle buses circulate within the property in order to make moves much more easier.
- Lobby - The reception area is medium in size with pastel color decoration and a large seating area with sofa and tables.
- Location - The hotel is located at 5 km from the centre of Pula and at 1,5 Km from the seaside.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is medium in size in pastel colour and with large windows overlooking the garden. Both regional and international cuisine can be tasted.
- Rooms - All rooms are medium in size with wood furniture and equipped with all modern facilities.
