- Exterior - This ia a traditional building which is in very good condition having been renovated. A little private parking is available in front, on the other side of the street.
- General - 37012
- Lobby - The lobby is medium sized and newly renovated. There are a few steps at the entrance and the reception desk is just on the left. There is a comfortable seating area.
- Location - The hotel is located in the city centre, within walking distance to the shopping area.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is available for breakfast service only and is not accessible via the lift.
- Rooms - The rooms have also been completely renovated. They are large with typical Sardinian furnishings in pastel colours; a few are green and the others yellow. Most rooms have a sofa/bed that can be used as third bed too. All rooms have a little balcony facing the street.
