- Exterior - This is a newly built building which has been built in keeping with the surrounding buildings.
- General - This is an excellent product highly recommended. (05/11/02 LP).
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and is decorated in a contemporary style, although maitaining the sardinian style. Adjacent to the main lobby there is a comfortable seating area.
- Location - The hotel is located very close to the city centre, in a quiet residential road, only 500 metres away from the sea front.
- Restaurant -
- Rooms - The rooms are of medium size and in excellent conditions. All have been decorated with very pleasant Sardinian hand made furniture and all are very confortable. All are equipped with every modern facility.The bathrooms are medium in size and in excellent conditions, with very pleasant mosaic tilings.
