- Lobby - Medium in size with a light wood reception area and grey tiled flooring incorporating a small seating area. .
- Location - Situated in a quiet, green residential area in biandronno, 12km from the centre of Varese close to lake Varese. There is regular public transport to the centre of Varese. .
- Restaurant - Situated on the ground floor serving a high standard of local and international cuisine. .
- Rooms - All the rooms are very large and in good condition as are the bathrooms. The decor is simple with dark brown carpets blending with beige painted walls and bedcovers and light wood furnishings. .
