- Exterior - The property is a modern block with a largely glass frontage and rising several storeys.
- General - In summary this is an excellent property well presented and appointed in a location that is accessible if not directly in the historical centre of the City. 05 december 1996
- Lobby - The lobby is of a good size and is similar to the many holiday properties around Europe both in decor and furnishings, being modern and well presented.
- Location - The hotel is situated in a business district of town but with easy access by coach and car to the centre.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is on the ground floor and of a good size. The furnidhings here are also modern and typical of the Holiday Inn chain in Europe.
- Rooms - The rooms are all of a good size and and cery well presented with modern decor and furnihings.
