- Exterior - The hotel is a traditional Italian palazzo which blends in well with the surrounding buildings.
- General - Recently the hotel opened their leisure club which includes a fully equipped fitness room featuring the latest technology, sauna, turkish bath and jacuzzi. This is definitely one of the finest 4 star hotels in Milan. 0400/0101ZS
- Lobby - Medium in size the reception area is well lit and the staff appear friendly and attentive to the needs of guests. They all speak a number of foreign languages and English is particularly well spoken.
- Location - Situated very close to the Duomo this hotel is perfect for easy access to the gallery which is one of Milan's most foremost attractions. Also in the immediate vicinity of the hotel are some of the best shops in Milan including the "Rinascente" which is Milan's equivalent to Harrods of London.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is quite simply one of the best in Milan.
- Rooms - Medium in size, the rooms are equipped with all the facilities one would expect to find in a hotel of this category.
