- Exterior - A modern 3 storey block building , in pastel colour.
- General - Excellent property. This is undoubfully the best first class property in Como for quality and services. ( MZ 27.03.03)
- Lobby - The lobby is a large area with marble floors and plants to add a welcoming atmosphere. The reception desk at the left side is in dark marble and there are plenty of confortable Frau sofas for clients for reading or relaxing.In front of the entrance, stairs lead up to the first floor to the bar area, large and confortable with white leather sofas.
- Location - Situated just 02 km from the centre of Como, surrounded by acres of Greenland & Gardens full of various types of shrubs and greenery. A local bus service can be taken from just outside the hotels grounds to the City centre.
- Restaurant - The Botticelli restaurant has a warm but sophisticad atmosphere. It is placed on the first floor and serves exquisite dishes from regional to international cuisine.
- Rooms - All rooms are spacious and very luminous. They are tastefully decorated and elegantly furnished . Equipped to offer the highest standards of a first class property. Bathrooms are in excellent conditions.
