- Lobby - The lobby is of medium size, with a large wooden reception desk & incorporates a bar/seating area which is large in size and furnished in 70's style modern furniture. .
- Location - Situated in the centre of Como, facing onto the lake at the beginning of the main shopping area. .
- Restaurant - Located on th First floor serving local and int'l cuisine giving stunning views of the lake. .
- Rooms - All the rooms are large and in good condition as are the bathrooms. They are modern and decorated in pastel colours. .
