- Exterior - A modern 7 storey building dating back to 1950 with a large entrance and parking spaces just opposite the hotels' entrance.
- General - The largest hotel in town with a good location. A high standard of service. A gym and sauna facilities are also available. MZ 02/02
- Lobby - Very large in size, spacious and bright. A long wooden reception desk to the left of the entrance, marble flooring and brown leather sofas in the large sitting area where guests can relax and read.
- Location - Centrally located on the main road in to "Bergamo Alta" historical centre of the city. easy access to public transport and airport connections.
- Restaurant - Spacious and tastefully decorated, in line with the style throughout the rest of the hotel. Guests can taste regional dishes in a pleasant and lively atmosphere.
- Rooms - Spacious and elegantly decorated. All have wooden furniture. Upholstery and linen is colour co-ordinated to create a pleasant atmosphere. All are air conditioned and equipped with direct dial telephone, satellite television mini-bar and internet dial-up connection. Bathrooms are in good order and have hairdryer.
