- Location - - situated in the most central point of the City with an excellent position overlooking the sea. .
- Restaurant - - the restaurant also overlooks the sea and offers local & int'l cuisine with fish being it's speciality.
- Rooms - - all the rooms are very large. They are apartments with a kitchen and lounge. All rooms also have balconies and are decorated in a modern design. .
