- Exterior - The building is dated back to the 1950 and is a traditional property of 4 floors with balconies overlooking the port.
- General - Traditional style hotel, located in the hearth of the town and offers some of the best views of the gulf and marina. (M.Z. 25/10/01)
- Lobby - The medium size lobby has marble floors, is very bright and airy and is decorated in pastel colours.
- Location - The hotel has an ideal central location in Santa Margherita Ligure opposite to docks and marina and on the main street for shopping.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is furnished in a traditional style with a welcome atmosphere.
- Rooms - The rooms are a medium size with traditional wooden furniture.The rooms need to be refurnished but offer modern facilities.All rooms have balconies with stunning views of the port and sea and with an attractive sitting area.
