- General - A very good property, located in a quite and relaxing area and surrounded by green. (C.C. 17/10/01).
- Lobby - The lobby is small, tastefully decorated and modern in style.
- Location - The hotel is located in Genoa-Nervi 10 Km. from Genoa's city centre, where the eastern Riviera starts. The small railway station of Nervi, which links all the cities of the surrounding area, and the sea promenade are within walking distance.
- Restaurant - The elegant and efficient restaurant offers the best of the local cuisine.
- Rooms - Rooms are medium in size; a colour scheme of draperies and furniture creates n elegant and comfortable atmosphere; the rooms are fully equipped and renovated.
