- Location - This is an ultra-modern building near to the motorway, 2 kilometres from Genova city centre.
- Restaurant - The restaurant, like the 223 airconditioned bedrooms, is simply furnished but has a fresh and clean look.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are similarly modern and simple, but more than adequate in the facilities they provide.
