- Exterior - The building is a distinguished establishment in 'Liberty style', surrounded by green.
- General - The hotel, built in 1906, is the oldest in Rimini. Meeting room, swimming pool, solarium, parking lot, garden, playground with wooden equipment for children, bar and reception 24 hours a day, daily entertaiment with live music and various games, own cabins on the beach are some of the facilities of this hotel.
