- General - A good property located in excellent position. Conference room, swimming pool, sun terrace, garden and private car park are among the facilities. (27/11/01. C.C.).
- Lobby - The wooden reception desk is medium in size and simply decorated as the lobby area.
- Location - The hotel is located on the seaside of Marina Centro, few minutes from the centre of Rimini.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is simply decorated and facing the seaside.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size, simply decorated and in good conditions. Direct dial phone, satellite TV, air conditioning and mini-bar on request are among the facilities.
