- Exterior - It is a modern, 5 storey purpose-built structure, in 1970's style and with architecture typical of that period.
- General - Beautiful position in the heart of Rimini, few metres from seaside on one side and walking distance to shopping area. Possibilitu to rent a car in the premises. ( MZ 12.09.02)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and bright and spacious, with high ceilings and neutral decor.It also incorporatesa bar and seating area, where clients can relax and read. Various plants are placed in this room as decor.
- Location - The hotel is in an ideal location in the heart of Rimini, overlooking the sea and just one mile from the main railway station.Easy to reach either by car or public transports.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is openspace, on the first floor of the building. It serves local and international cuisine, with preference on fish dishes.
- Rooms - Most rooms haev a good size, spacious and bright. They are all in fair conditions, with modern furniture and equipped with all facilities.Bathrooms too are in good order throughout, some with showers only. Some rooms also have a balcony overlooking the sea or the boulevaire.
