- Exterior - The building is a modern 80's style still with building foundations and without decoration. It is though a large structure and brand new inside.
- General - Although the outside is still to be decorated, the inside is actually warm and pleasent. Large garage for clients too.(MZ 08.07.02)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size, very bright and with neutral decor. Furniture is modern for the reception area and a confortable sitting area on the right side.
- Location - The Hotel is located at Sant'Ilario D'Enza, at 9 kms from Parma city centre and 12 kms from Reggio Emilia. Easy access to motorway.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is a famous spot in the area for its delicious cuisine that varies from international to local menus. It is spacious inside and with a veranda for the summer time.
- Rooms - Rooms are modern and medium in size, equipped with all conforts.Bathrooms are in good order thoughout.
