- Lobby - The hall is large and lightful with reception desk in fron t of the entrance,modern in furniture. There is a small sitting area with tv at its right.
- Location - this is a 3 star property located in the centre of Reggio Emilia, 200 meters from the railway station and 300 meters from the historical centre; it is also 50km from Bologna.
- Restaurant - Resturant is popular for seafood, the hall is large and bright.
- Rooms - All the bedrooms are medium in size and standard in decor with carpeted floor and wooden furniture but in need of restyling.The bathrooms are in good order throughout.
