- Exterior - Is a large modern building in the middle of a large green area with a big car and bus parking.The surrounding area is not very nice because it is all new and the plants are very young.
- General - Is a good hotel for both Fit and groups. By car it is possible to go to Pisa in 10 minutes only. There are regular pubblic transports to Pisa or Viareggio.dec 2000
- Lobby - Is large with a lot of sofa and plants with the typical Holiday Inn furniture. The reception desk is well divided between the concierge and the cash; it allow an easy check in for groups and Fit at the same time.
- Location - Just 5 Km from Pisa city center and 15 Km from Viareggio the hotel is in Migliarino on the Aurelia Road.The Railway station (Migliarino) is at only few minutes away.
- Restaurant - Is big enough to give hospitality to a lot of people; it is opened to external people too and offers typical Tuscain and International cuisine.
- Rooms - Are big with modern furniture and with the typical French size beds.Also the bathrooms are nice and in different colours.
