- Exterior - It is a modern 5 storey building, with private parking zone in front on main entrance.
- General - Traditional hotel which offers a good standard of services. (MZ 06/12/01)
- Lobby - The reception area at the entrance is small but it benefits from a confortable sitting area where leather sofas and plants create a soft soft relaxed atmosphere.
- Location - The hotel is located near motorway exit, few hundred metres from the Fair Exibition Centre of Forli and on the main road to city centre(just 1,5 km).
- Restaurant - The restaurant has a warm , country atmosphere and offers a large variety of seafood dishes as well as traditional dishes of the regions.
- Rooms - Rooms are good in size, with basic wooden furniture and equipped with facilities such as TV, direct phone line,air-conditioning, minibar.
