- Location - The hotel is located at 2 kms from hystorical city centre, on the Via Emilia main road that leads to Faenza.
- Restaurant - The restaurant has same style of the main reception and sitting area.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size, with basic furniture and equipped with Tv, direct phone line and minibar.Bathrooms are basic, only with shower and equipped with hairdryer.
