- Exterior - A modern steel and glass building, that still reveals its origins from a early last century countryhouse,looks pleasent and functional.Main entrance is on quiet tree-lined street.
- General - Pleasent and confortable hotel in excellent position for town centre and major transport links.(MZ 29/11/01)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium sized, with pastel decors and soft lightnings, marble floors and features. The sitting area has confortable leather armchairs also used for reading area.
- Location - The hotel has a central location, 10 minutes walking distance from main square "Piazza Saffi" and railway station, 2 kms from motorway and has easy access to main road for airport "L.Ridolfi".

- Rooms - Rooms are spacious and confortable,most of them in natural pastel decor and small sitting area.All rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with satellite TV, safe, telephone, minibar.The bathrooms are functional and in good conditions.
