- Exterior - Traditional building in keeping with the surrounding area.
- General - This is a pleasant hotel with a warm atmosphere and attention to detail enhance the comfort. The hotel's distinguishing feature is its exclusive roof garden, which offers spectacular views of Bologna's churches, towers and medieval palaces. Private garage and external parking arrangements are also available. (08/11/00. CC)
- Lobby - The lobby is small, next to a little but comfortable hall furnished with style and with a functional bar.
- Location - The hotel is centrally located, between the Church of San Domenico and Palazzo Ruini-Baciocchi, now seat of the courthouse, and few minutes walk from the famous Piazza Maggiore.
- Restaurant - The hotel does not have a restaurant, but only a room for buffet breakfast.
- Rooms - Rooms are of medium size and newly refurbished with all the comforts of a modern hotel. Air conditioning, mini bar, 24 hours room service, fax service, laundry service, satellite and pay TV.Some of the rooms are located in an internal building linked with the main one by a patio area.
