- Lobby - The lobby is of medium size and is shared with the four star Milano excelsior, it's sister hotel. It has marble flooring and is modern in decor. .
- Location - Situated directly opposite the main railway station which serves the town and a short walk away from the shopping area. .
- Restaurant - The restaurant is again shared with the four star Milano excelsior and serves high quality local and international cuisine. .
- Rooms - All the rooms are medium in size and in very good condition, decor varies but is modern throughout. .
