- Exterior - Modern 2 storey building in pastel decor, surrounded by huge private garden. The location is very quiet and relaxing.
- General - This is a charming 3* Hotel in a quiet location ,away from hustle and bustle of the working city.( MZ 01.11.02)
- Lobby - The lobby is small in size but practical. Small wooden reception area and nearby sitting area, lift to rooms floors.
- Location - The Hotel is located in Granarolo, few kms outside Bologna.It is easily reached by motorway or via rings roads around Bologna. The city centre and Trade Fair are at 5 kms.
- Restaurant - Breakfast room is modern and bright in decor. Cold Buffet Breakfast is served.
- Rooms - The rooms, medium in size, are very confortable with a warm atmosphere. Dark wooden furniture and pastel decor for the walls, various facilities such as TV sate and Pay Tv, direct dial line, minibar, air-conditioning and plugs for pc and modem connection, safe in all rooms. Bathrooms are in good conditions.
