- Lobby - The lobby is large, spacious and modern in design.
- Location - The hotel is situated very close to the center of Bologna, almost directly opposite the main railway station.
- Restaurant - The breakfast room is found on the lower ground floor and the restaurant on the ground floor. Both are modern in decor and design and the restaurant offers a high standard of local and international cuisine.
- Rooms - The rooms vary in size, but all are in good conditions along with the bathrooms. All rooms are simply decorated blending light and dark beige colours.
