- Exterior - This is a large brick building typical of a Jolly hotel.
- General -
- Lobby - The lobby is large, spacious and modern in design.
- Location - The Jolly hotel is situated very close to the centre of Bologna, almost directly opposite the main railway station. The hotel often has a shuttle-bus service to the fair-ground during fairs, although this is not always the case.
- Restaurant - The breakfast room is found on the lower ground floor and the restauarnt is found on the ground floor. Both are modern in decor and design and the restaurant offers a high standard of local and international cuisine. Jan '98
- Rooms - The rooms vary in size, 75% are large, 25% are medium and all are in good condition along with the bathrooms. All rooms are simply decorated blending light and dark beige colours, and is again very typical of Jolly hotels in decor and furnishings. All rooms are modern in design.
