- Exterior - The building, dated 1890, is a mixture between the historic architecture of its age and the perfect efficiency of a modern hotel.
- General - This is a very pleasant hotel located in an ideal position and suitable for all clients looking for an historic atmosphere and all the comforts.Among the facilities the hotel also has an elegant meeting room with wooden ceiling and some parking areas close by.Due to the small lobby and the low number of rooms this hotel is more suitable for individual clients than for a group. - Lobby - Just after the small lobby there is a large hall, very bright and decorated by paintings "art nouveau" supported by columns. The historic atmosphere of the hall is also increased by old carpets and architectural elements from different ages.
- Location - The hotel is very centrally located, a few steps away from the beautiful Piazza Maggiore and the famous Due Torri.
- Restaurant - The hotel does not have a restaurant, but only a breakfast room for the buffet breakfast.
- Rooms - Rooms are medium in size and are fully equipped with all the comforts of a hotel of this category (cable TV, air conditioning, minibar, safe and fax connection). On the ceilings of some of the rooms there are paintings of the XV and XVI century and from most of them there' s a view of the historic centre of Bologna. In general, all the rooms have all the facilities of a modern hotel, with the style and the atmosphere of an historic one.
