- Exterior - A modern building in keeping with the surrounding area and surrounded by a garden.
- General - A good property with easy access to all the main sightseens ant the fair district of Bologna. Meeting room, car park and free garage are also available. (10/12/01. C.C.).
- Lobby - The lobby is small in size and modern in style. The reception area is comfortable and well kept. A small American Bar in the hall is also available.
- Location - The hotel is located just outside the city centre. The Trade Fair Centre, the railway station and the historical centre are all within walking distance.

- Rooms - The rooms are modern, medium in size and equipped with air-conditioned, minibar, TV, direct dial telephone.
