- General - This hotel is situated in sant'agnello which is two km from Sorrento. It is built from a jesuit monastery dating back to 1559. The lobby is of a reasonable size and as much of the building has tiled floors. The hotel has many public areas in which guests can sit down and take in the atmosphere of this fascinating hotel. The ground floor still has very much the monastery feel to it with high ceilings and large wide stone rooms all decorated with traditional furniture which are all very elegant and which change from room to room. The restaurant is also large and traditionally furnished. The rooms are all very luxurious and many have been very recently renovated. This is without doubt one of the top hotels in Sorrento and a very good superior First property. 13jan'96
