- Exterior - A modern white and large building sorounded by a natural green park. A beautifull and panoramic swimming pool is just in front of the main block.There are a lot of flowers and well mainteined plants in the private garden.There is also a private parking.
- General - Scario is one of the most prestigious holiday places of Italy although is not very popular. For this reason many famous people of theatre, cinema, and politic, choose this place for their holidays.The city is very nice and little. The sea is spectacular and maybe the most cleaned of the Suth Italy.The wheter is good all year round.From Scario is easy to reach the famous Pompei escavations, Salerno, Caserta, Naples.
- Lobby - Is large and bright with a comfortable sitting area. The reception desk is just in front of the entrance and on the left, after two steps is available the big restaurant.
- Location - On the Marcaneto hill overlooking the wonderful Policastro Gulf.Very close to the famous Palinuro and Maratea.
- Restaurant - On the ground floor is big and bright; it offers the best of the local and international cuisine plus a good choice of wines.
- Rooms - Modern furnitures but standard. All the modern facilities are available. Floor is carpetted. Bathrooms and bedrooms are clean and in good conditions.
