- Exterior - A large modern block building dating back to the mid-sixties. .
- General - This hotel is suitable for both groups and individuals and boasts a totally new swimming pool area and conference facilities. July'98
- Lobby - The lobby is small in size, but is linked directly onto a lounge/tv area where groups can also stay whilst on check-in. It is modern in decor and incorporates a small seating area. .
- Location - Situated on the outskirts of Naples, roughly 05km from the heart of the City in the green area of agnano. Capodichino airport is a 15 minute drive away and there is also a public bus service which leads directly to the centre. .
- Restaurant - There are two restaurants which offer both local & int'l cuisine. .
- Rooms - All the rooms are modern in decor with 70% being large and 30% being medium in size. Roughly 85% are in very good condition with the remainder beingin good condition. .
