Hotel Reports
- Exterior - A modern white building in a traditional style.
- General - In addition to the above the hotel offers a large solarium area where breathtaking views can by enjoyed. As well as this there is a typical Italia bar area wtih plenty of seating. A conference room with all the necessary facilities is available. Overall this is an excellent First class hotel. Jan '98
- Lobby - The lobby is very large and spacious, furnished in modern decor. There is plenty of seating for the clients relaxation.
- Location - La Residenza is located in an ideal position 100 metres from the main square of Capri.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is located on the ground floor and again is modern in design. It offers spectacular views of the sea and nearby cliffs and offers local and international cuisine.
- Rooms - All the rooms are large and in very good condition as are the bathrooms. All are decorated in pastel colours in various styles.
