- General - Three meeting rooms and large private parking available.
- Lobby - Large sized lobby,the reception is just on the left of the entrance with a sitting area furnished in a modern style with evergreen plants.
- Location - Situated close to the University town, it is about 200 metres fom the motorway of South Cosenza and 50 metres from the railway station. It is well connected for the airport and the town.
- Restaurant - The large restaurant offers national and international cuisine
- Rooms - Medium sized rooms furnished in a modern style.All rooms are equipped with tv,mini bar,air conditioning,telephone.
