- Lobby - The lobby is small and modern in decor with a light wood reception desk and area and a beige tiled floor. .
- Location - Situated in the centre of San Severo within walking distance of the railway station which serves the town. .
- Restaurant - Situated on the ground floor, modern in decor and serves local and international cuisine. .
- Rooms - 80% of the rooms are large with the remaining 20% being medium in size. They are in good condition as are the bathrooms. Decor is basic & dated but rooms are always clean. .
