- Exterior - A purpose built built white, rectangular structure. .
- General -
- Lobby - Although the actual reception desk is small the lobby itself is medium in size due to the fact it is located in the same room as the bar & lounge area. There are wood furnishings throughout with a variety of flora used for decoration. .
- Location - Situated in the heart of San Giovanni Rotondo on the road which leads directly to the monastery.
- Restaurant - Situated on the lower ground floor offering local & int'l cuisine.
- Rooms - 75% of the rooms are medium in size with the remainder being small. All are in good condition. Decor varies but all the rooms are basically furnished to superior tourist class standard with many rooms having photos or paintings of padre pio. .
