- Exterior - A modern structure forming part of a block which includes shops & offices. .
- General - Oct'98
- Lobby - The lobby is small in size with modern furnishings with a white wooden topped reception desk, tiled flooring and various flora from the region adding to the decoration. .
- Location - Situated in the centre of Foggia within walking distance of the train station which serves the town. .
- Restaurant - There is just one room used for both b/fast & dinner which is located on the ground floor. Restaurant serves local and int'l cuisine.
- Rooms - Half the rooms are in very good condition with decor & furnishings worthy of a superior First hotel. The remainder are in good condition with a more basic decor normally associated with a hotel of this category. Rooms vary in size with 60% being medium & the remainder being small. .
