- Exterior - A big modern tower with mirrored glassed walls.
- General - Even if needs a renovation for the floor and the furnitures, this is a very good hotel, perfect for both Fit and Groups. A congressual center is available on the 11th floor and, on the terrace of this floor there is a big pool and a fitness center includind Gym, Sauna and massage.On the 13th floor there is an elicopter port.The hotel has also a private garage to pay on the spot.Taxi station is just outside the entrance.dec 2000
- Lobby - In front of the entrance the reception desk, is big and well divided between concierge, cash, and general information. There is also a large sitting area where it is also possible to have a drink or a snack.
- Location - In the commercial area of Bari on one of the most important roads of the city. The sea is at only 1 Km from the hotel as well as the historical center.
- Restaurant - Is on the 10th floor and offer a panoramic view of the city and the sea. Serves typical and international cuisine with a large choice of dishes changed everyday. Dinner is served with pianobar entertainment.
- Rooms - Big and well equipped of all the comforts espected from a 4stars hotel. Furnitures are not really new but dated 1970 as well as the parquetted floor and the bathrooms. There are many connected rooms and many other with two bathrooms.
