- Exterior - Modern block building of 7 floors with a grey facade.
- General - Traditional 3* Hotel, in good location facing the sea, with private beach opposite the Hotel and parking space. ( MZ 26.03.03)
- Lobby - Large sized lobby furnished with reception desk opposite the entrance. The area is quite spacious with plenty of sofas and chairs for clients to relax in informal atmophere.
- Location - The hotel is well located in the South of Pescara facing the sea and very close to the touristic seaport and to the shopping area. It is also well connected to the Pescara Airport , about 10 minutes from the airport.
- Restaurant - Restaurant is on the ground floor, it s a large area, modern in style and can host up to 300 people. It serves local and Italian cuisine.
- Rooms - All rooms are medium sized, with modern furniture and neautral decor. facilities are direct dial phone and TV. All rooms have balconies. bathrooms are in fairly conditions.
