- Exterior - A modern building recently renovated.
- General - This is part of the Best Western hotels chain. It is one of the most popular hotel of the area. Although its location is not in front of the sea, this is a good accommodation also for summer periods because there are a lot of tourist attraction in the city centre.march 2001
- Lobby - Is small and modern with carpetted floor. There is a small sitting area and the entrance to one of the private meeting rooms.
- Location - In the city centre of Pescara, Piazza Sacro Cuore is in the middle of the street that goes from the old railway station to the Sea (piazza 1^ maggio).Shopping area is just outside the hotel.
- Restaurant - The hotel offer only an area for the breakfast served in american style with cold and hot food.
- Rooms - Recently renovated are all very nice with modern furnitures. 40% of the bathrooms have the bathtub. Floor is carpetted. Air conditioning system is available in each room as well as the Tv with satellite channels plus few pay TV channels.
