- Exterior - Large building in the typical architecture of the area. Unlike the hotels located in the very center of the City, this property offers a large Parking area and an internal Garden.
- General - This property is very basic and suitable especially for pilgrims and low badget groups.
- Lobby - The lobby is very large with very simple decor and includes a very large seating area.
- Location - Situated 5 minutes away from the very center of Loreto and the areas of religious interest. At the same time it offers a quiet and natural environment and a beautiful panoramic view of the adriatic sea.
- Restaurant - It is situated in the lower ground and it offers genuine local dishes
- Rooms - The rooms are all quite basic in the decor and furniture and most to them are in the process of renovation ( 25% of the rooms have been recently renovated)
