- Location - It is very close to Lanciano.
- Restaurant - The hall is spacious and bright but the decor is very basic.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are medium in size and very basic in their decor; furniture is made by a few old fashioned pieces ; a tiled floor is available in all the rooms.
