- Exterior - The building dates back to the early 1980's, modern and functional.
- General - One of the very few First class hotels in the area and a good property for its category. Sep 99 gm
- Lobby - Medium in size, it leads to an elegant seating area furnished with antique velvet armchairs and sofas.
- Location - The hotel is located in the very center of Lanciano, 10 minutes walk from the cathedral of san Francesco and 01 km away from the railway station. At the same time the hotel is on a very quiet area, far from the urban traffic and noise.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is very large, airy and lightful. Again, the style is sober and in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Here it is possible to enjoy both local and international couisine. On the top floor a beautiful view of Lanciano can be enjoyed from the roof Garden.
- Rooms - Most of the rooms are medium in size and in very good conditions. They are all furnished in the typical Italian style of the 1980's, simple and functional, but with a touch of elegance throughout.
