- Exterior - A purpose built modern white construction dating back to the early 1980's. .
- General - An excellent hotel for its category, very efficient in all its services. Oct'98.
- Lobby - Medium in size with a small white reception area & a comfy seating area with local flora placed in various corners to add to the decor. .
- Location - Situated in the heart of Lanciano in a tranquil area. The main railway station which serves the town is 01km away. .
- Restaurant - Hotel has no restaurant but just a b/fast room situated on the ground floor. .
- Rooms - 95% of the rooms are medium with the remainder being small, all are in very good condition as are the bathrooms. Decor varies but is simple and modern throughout in keeping with the rest of the hotel. .
