- General - This is a holiday village classified as a superior tourist class hotel offering the spectacular view of the sea of galilee . July 2000
- Lobby - The lobby located at the reception level is small in size and simple indesign and decor.
- Location - This holiday village is located on the lake of galilee ,the Kinneret.20 minutes drive from city center. Some distance away from the station offering connections to all part of galilee area.
- Restaurant - Hotel's dining room is large fronting the lake, it is decorated with resting colours and with many plants . Entirely renovated in 1999.
- Rooms - Private village houses fully airconditioned, all to the same standard overlookiing the lake of galilee . The rooms are in fair condition with simple functional furniture.
